Coffee at Grind has always been at the forefront of what we do and who we are. We are coffee specialists and have always aspired to deliver the best quality, service and consistency of product at all of our GRIND locations.

We are looking for an energetic and confident retail sales person to join our team at the incredible Grind. This is a new location and a new role which offers great opportunity.

You will not only be the face of our Grind coffee, but also be Grind’s retail coffee and pod Guru. You will be required to use your impeccable customer service skills to assist our Grind customers in understanding more about our current retail line and making the right coffee purchases for their taste and needs.

You will have at least 1 year of experience in a high volume retail or sales environment. You must be proactive and attentive in accommodating customer needs, and be able to quickly acquire rapport in order to increase retail sales. General coffee product knowledge is strongly preferable as this role will have you talking coffee day-in-day out.

This role is specifically for weekends spanning across Thursdays - Sundays, so you will need to be available on those days in order to be eligible for the position.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Possess key knowledge around our coffee products and retail line in order to sell to our on-site customers
- Be a retail ambassador and display an engaging and friendly manner at all times
- Ability to pour basic latte art and understand all milks used at GRIND
- Encourage customers to sample our coffee pod products and make product recommendations
- Promote our online coffee retail subscription and acquire new customers

- Work well under pressure and autonomously
