**The Opportunity**:
At Diligenta, we are looking for great people who are really customer focused and looking to take that exciting next step in their career.

We have a vacancy for a Business Delivery Consultant. As the Business Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for small to medium operational change and support for larger scale changes in Insurance Operations. The projects will encompass both the development and enhancement of service, product and processes and may also include regulatory and management process changes. You would also be looking at organising health checks and post-live support for the projects.

**Your Role with Us**:

- Manage and facilitate project reporting processes to ensure appropriate progress tracking against the Route-map in terms of resources, timescales, and Business Readiness.
- Liaise with business areas in Operations, Insurance Operations, and across the Group to support project development and implementation needs.
- Ensure clear direction is provided and decisions are made, to enable controlled change delivery.
- Ensure Operations are supported during implementations to ensure impacts are understood and managed.
- Manage all Operations Release activity.

- Experience of delivering change and improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Full understanding of the project lifecycle
- Good understanding of Regulatory Environment
