Installation Operative

Main Purpose of the Job: As an Installation Operative, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the completion of customer contracts by supporting Driver Operators in delivering, installing, and recovering temporary access products. Maintenance visits and standby duties will also form an integral part of this role. Serving as the public face of the client, you will uphold a professional appearance, communicate effectively with customers on-site, and contribute to promoting a positive image of our business.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Assist the driver with the delivery, installation, recovery, and collection of hire equipment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain all Company vehicles in good, clean condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, advising them of ETAs on the way to the site.
- Support the Driver Operator with map reading and providing directions when necessary.
- Assist with the completion of the Driver Convey App, ensuring all relevant vehicle checks are completed daily.
- Aid the Driver Operator with related administration, including the completion of delivery and collection tickets, risk assessments on every job, and PIR’s and Damage Report Forms where appropriate.
- Undertake additional duties within the depot/yard as required, dependent upon seasonal workload.

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
