**Senior Sales Negotiator - Fox Valley, Sheffield - Up to £24,000 OTE £30,000**

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fantastic residential sales team based at the Fox Valley, Sheffield office. The firm is an unbelievable and market leading Estate Agency with a lovely working environment, offering an extremely generous package.

**What you will be doing**
- Liaising with Vendors and Prospective buyers
- Booking Valuations, update Vendors and Purchasers
- Booking and chasing up viewings
- Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals
- Negotiating offers
- Sales progression
- Identifying opportunities for new business
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
- Coaching the other negotiators in the office

**What you will have**
- Ideally have 1-2 years’ experience within the property industry
- Be target oriented and sales driven
- Hold a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

**What's in it for you**
- Basic salary up to £24,000
- OTE £30,000
- Generous commission structure
- Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday from 9am to 4pm
- Onsite parking

We’d love to hear from you, if you have 2-3 years’ experience in the property industry, with a proven track record in sales

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
