The agency has recently re‑branded and is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, stable and motivated team. Responsibilities Work in residential sales in a busy agency. Register purchaser details and match them to available properties. Book property valuations. Carry out accompanied viewings with purchasers. Negotiate property sales and liaise between purchasers and vendors. Work closely with the team, sharing information to secure additional business. Recommend the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services. Keep a close eye on the local market, noting any changes and recognising opportunities. Be part of an enthusiastic and driven team working towards common goals. Qualifications Experience in residential sales. Strong knowledge of the property industry and a passion for property. Good knowledge of the local area (S10, S11 and S17 postcodes). Strong negotiation skills. Clear understanding of estate agency processes. High level of commercial awareness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
