TORRO are an internationally established e-commerce business within the tech and fashion accessory industry. Working within our e-commerce marketplaces team, we are seeking a trainee who will learn the specialisms of digital marketing and optimising the customer experience. You must be a creative individual with excellent attention to detail whilst also possessing communication and numerical skills. You will be involved in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO focused content creation and working towards targets to optimise ROI by utilising techniques such as PPC advertising

The most important character attribute you will possess is a hardworking and an enthusiastic attitude.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Following a period of training and with ongoing support you will**:

- Create PPC ads on multiple Amazon Marketplaces at all levels of the conversion funnel.
- Ensure TORRO products are high ranking for key search terms.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Identify lack of visibility on products and identify new key words and phrases.
- Generate ideas for campaigns and display marketing ads.
- Assist in the creation and amending of catalogue items on the Amazon platform.
- Monitor and optimise all campaigns ensuring maximum reach and ROI within agreed budgets.
- Ensure that all customers are responded to within agreed timescales.
- Ensure that customers are dealt with consistently and professionally and brand tone is adhered to at all times.
- Be able to escalate if there is a trend of issues developing and proactively track and respond.
- Ensure customer reviews are monitored and responded to in a timely manner.
- To understand and maintain knowledge on the products we sell as well as promotions and offers.
- Respond and comment on social media channels.
- Reply to all TrustPilot reviews with a customised reply for each review.

**Skills required**
- Must be able to evidence an ability to analyse data.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be responsible for own learning and be self-motivated.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be well organised and have good time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
