We are now looking for an experienced, eager and hands-on administrative professional to join us as our Production Administrator on a full-time permanent basis, based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

As our Production Administrator you will act as a focal point of contact for the production team, and you will play an integral part in delivering excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.

In this diverse role, you will be actively involved in all areas of onboarding, induction and system administration to include:

- Induction and onboarding of production colleagues, including collating and uploading all documents and leading the induction of new starters on their first day of employment
- Time and Attendance system administration, PPE administration
- Uploading of documents and training records onto various systems
- Arranging interviews
- Meet and greet visitors within the production environment.
- Adhoc minute taking
- Metric data reporting

We are looking for someone who can thrive on autonomy in a fast-paced and busy manufacturing environment, with the ability prioritise your own workload, with excellent organisation skills.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to competent in all Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel with a methodical and thorough approach to work. You will need strong written and verbal communication skills.
