**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services.
- Organise and manage monthly meetings, quarterly lunches, and other key events.
- Handle client management, including onboarding and maintaining strong relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate conferences, preparing materials as required.
- Draft, review, and send proposals, ensuring they are professional, polished, and persuasive.
- Create and maintain a calendar for the Managing Director and the business, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Ensure exceptional written communication, crafting professional and confident correspondence.
- Use CRM systems efficiently to collect, update, and analyse client data.

**Experience & Qualifications**
