Lusona Financial Services is recruiting for a T&C Manager for a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm to work in their head office in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on staff retention and progression and this role has become available due to an internal movement within the business.

In this role you will report directly to the Compliance Manager and be responsible for supervising the Financial Planners in the various regional offices. You will have a variety of responsibilities which will include:

- Sitting in on client meetings and carrying out observations
- Ensuring you are up to date with the FCA requirements for the role
- Carrying out post and new business file checks
- Training new Financial Planners and ensuring they achieve competent adviser status
- Developing relationships with colleagues throughout the firm
- Set KPI's for Financial Planners
- Follow up on any training needs for Financial Planners
- Carrying out annual file checks
- Certifying documents

Suitable applicants will come from a similar background and have their FS Level 4 Diploma qualification or equivalent. You will be very organised, have experience in coaching and developing a team, and have an excellent knowledge of FCA requirements.

Our client has budgeted a salary of up to £50K for this role however this is negotiable. They have a generous benefits package and offer hybrid working.
