Senior HR Business Partner is required for an initial 12-14-month fixed term contract for a leading global energy technology consultancy who have offices in Surrey, London, US and Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team who make a positiveHR impact globally.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has international experience, has successfully led a small team, worked within a multi-sited company along with a solid HR generalist experience, its also important the incumbent is confident, personableand most importantly have a sense of humour
Reporting into the Global HR Director you will be based between home and the Walton on Thames office in Surrey with some travel between London and Manchester.In reward you will be offered a salary between £65,000 - £70,000 p.a. plus benefits.
As Senior HR Business Partner you will manage and co-ordinate the regional HR function for EFA, APAC and IMENA being responsible for key functions such as:

- Recruitment;
- Training
- Talent Management;
- Compensations and Benefits;
- Organisational Development;
- Employee Relations.

The successful Senior HR Business Partner will have:

- Master’s degree or equivalent level in Human Resources;
- Wide and deep experience providing expert competence on an international and domestic level;
- Experience of planning, managing and organising resources within short to medium timescales;
- Demonstrable line management experience;
- Ability to operate within the highest level of integrity and confidentially;
- Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management;
