Manages a complex and diverse caseload of communication and dysphagia independently within the Learning Disabilities Service.
- Provides clinical advice and support to less experienced Speech and Language Therapists.
Supervises the work of Speech and Language Therapists, Speech & Language Therapy Assistants, students and volunteers.
- Contributes to local service audit and research.
