Ambition is working closely with a leading Boutique Investment Bank to recruit an Assistant Director/Director in Corporate Finance M&A for their London office. Managers and current AD's/Directors who are looking to progress their careers and have demonstratableM&A - Deal/TS experience are also welcome to apply. The team focuses on mid market transactions and is sector agnostic. They have completed close to 40 transactions in the previous year mainly working with buy-side PE houses.

**Desired Skills**
- Prior demonstratable Deal/TS experience
- ACA/CFA qualified is beneficial
