**What do I need to be successful?**

For this role, you are required to have the following attributes:
- A passion for caring for others- Great communication skills- A positive attitude- The ability to work well as part of a team

It would be an advantage if you had an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, however, this isn’t essential.
