**Night Replenishment Assistant | Back of house Retail Assistant**

**Location** - Heathrow

**Pay** - competitive hourly rate plus 15% night shift allowance, excellent benefits (4am-6am get an additional 20% premium for the unsociable hours)

**Contract** - Permanent

**Working pattern** - 3 nights on 3 nights off, between the hours of 6pm - 6am

Please note our roles are on a rolling rota, and days do change every week. You will be provided with your rota 4 weeks in advance.

As a back of house Retail Assistants create outstanding displays that captivate our customers as well as ensuring that our store looks welcoming, tidy, and fantastically clean. We pride ourselves on delivering “World Class Service” in everything we do and that includes ensuring an exceptionally high standard of displays and store care. Replenishment involves collecting deliveries, store products, price and display stock as well ensuring that our store is always tidy and clean. You’ll be part of an energetic and enthusiastic team who take pride in what they do and have a passion for service delivery.

ü Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards

ü Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working in a team

ü Role model self-motivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism

ü Excellent interpersonal skills - a good ability of spoken English

ü Be physically fit and able to lift and transport stock
