**The Opportunity**
An opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator. Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment
- Sending CV’s to relevant manager for review / Approval.
- Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Attending weekly and monthly resourcing and client calls/meetings.
Training / Administration
- Book hotels / accommodation / travel as and when required to help the training / Logistics department.
- Assist Training co-ordinator with any course bookings required as and when applicable.
General
- Make sure the certification planner is up to date.
- Upkeep of current and new personal records.
**The Person**
- Recruitment Administration/Coordination experience preferred - ideally in an offshore environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels.
