**What will your role look like?**

As the Finance Clerk at Welcome Break, you will be supporting two teams within a busy finance department. Three days per week will be spent supporting our Fuels Teams with estimates, reconciliation and processing of invoices. The remaining two days willthe spent supporting the Financial Accounts Team completing Source to SUN reconcilliations for several brands such as: Costa, Greggs, Subway, Rezlynx (Hotels) and Burger King. There may also be some reporting.

You will be involved with:

- FP&A responsibilities: -_
- Checking fuel invoices received against estimates for accuracy, completeness, validity (cost, volume, location, date etc)
- Challenging with suppliers where differences are noted
- Investigating with Reynolds fuel distribution (delivery records)
- Processing fuel invoices and liaising with Accounts Payable
- Releasing GRNI estimates when invoices are processed
- Financial Accounts responsibilities: -_
- Reconciliation of third-party sales records to SUN ledger balances (Source to SUN)
- Franchise fee invoice processing
- Sales reconciliation & reporting to brand partners (franchise fees)
- Raising purchase orders (capex and opex)

**About you**

Ideally you will have:

- AAT qualified or studying towards your AAT/CIMA/ACCA
- Experience of working within a financial environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good numeracy skills
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidentially with budget holders
