We have an exciting opportunity for a Room Leader at Jets Centre. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, patient, caring and fun loving to join our Nursery team. Here at Jet's we aim to support all our children and families, providing a high standard of care with exciting learning and development opportunity for our children.

The main roles and responsibilities of the Room Leader are:

- Organise and implement the daily routine
- Devise suitable age appropriate planning and complete observations, tracking and other assessments for all children in a fun and exciting way
- Provide high quality key person observations
- Be approachable and supportive for their team
- Have excellent communication skills and work effectively with our families, keeping them up to date with their child's learning and development
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, what it is used for and how we use it effectively
- Follow all policies and procedures set out by Jets

**Contract: 45 weeks per year. 39 weeks term time and 6 weeks of holiday clubs**

**Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday**

**Duration: Permanent**

**Salary**: £11.62 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
