As Team Leader for Framework’s Skills Plus service you will be responsible for managing two teams of trainers who deliver life skills, wellbeing and employability sessions to homeless people and those with multiple and complex needs across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. You will also manage a team that are leading on an exciting new project to promote digital inclusion across the organisation and deliver essential digital skills to service users.
Your role will include all aspects of staff management including induction, supervision, appraisal and ongoing support. You will also be responsible for communicating with internal services across Framework and with multiple external partner organisations. The position is part funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

- You can communicate and cascade complex ideas in a clear way to multiple stakeholders, staff and beneficiaries.
- You are a strong leader and would feel confident motivating, coordinating and remotely leading teams working across a wide geographical area.
- You have a background in training, advice and guidance or teaching, and understand how to engage with learners.
- You are familiar with a range of data monitoring systems, competent at improving performance standards and have an excellent eye for detail.
- You are self-motivated, solution focussed and thrive in a constantly evolving environment. You enjoy a role where you have the freedom to manage your own workload.
