Key Responsibilities: As a Buyer, you will:
**Strategic Sourcing**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.

Stay abreast of market trends and changes to optimize procurement strategies.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement and project requirements.

**Cost Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Implement strategies to maximize cost savings without compromising quality.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Buyer in the roofing and cladding industry.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, suppliers, and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to procurement.
