**DO YOU ALREADY HAVE A TRACK RECORD AND THE SKILLS TO**
- Motivate and manage an inside sales team to achieve team revenue targets (essential).
- Hit and exceed your own individual sales targets and role modelling (essential).
- Experience in selling to schools or other educational institutions (advantage).

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE**:

- Managing The Sales Team
- Improving Sales Strategy And Processes
- Training And Coaching To Improve Sales Performance
- Personal Sales Production (this will reduce as overall team size increases)

**THE BENEFITS**:

- £25,000 starting salary
- £10,000+ uncapped commission
- Commission is paid monthly
- Monday - Thursday 8-5:30pm. Fridays 8-4:00pm.
- 32 days annual leave (plus your birthday off)

There is a mental health crisis that has been affecting children and young people for sometime but the pandemic has made this even worse Now 1 in 6 children in England are suffering from a Mental Health disorder and this can have negative consequences on their whole life.

So that’s why it’s our mission to help children and young people be more Healthy, Happy and Inspired. And YOU can play a really important role in making that happen

YOUR mission will be to inspire, lead and expand our inside sales team so that they succeed and the business grows

As a result of your sales performance and leadership, you and your sales team will be helping One Goal empower thousands of children and young people across the UK

And given that there are approx 32,757 schools across the UK, all of which want to do more to promote mental health, this is a long term opportunity for company and career growth.
