The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants and more

As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Production Planner.

**Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing**:

- Own complaints report action log by initiating actions by departments from the Insights gathered
- Regular update meetings with stakeholders on action logs and overcome any hurdles.
- Supporting in managing daily/weekly production plans across 2 sites
- Maintaining contact with all dependent functions/areas to build trust and confidence
- Agree and Deliver Operational Performance Incentive Plans (PIP) with Planning Manager and Operations Manager

**Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role**:

- Manage projects and demonstrate improvement in Operations performance OR cost savings if any, which are in line with business strategy
- Developing, building and maintaining the standards database for St Albans, as well as managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) along with the short and long-range forecasts
- Develop/Manage agreed existing models with Planning Manager
- Manage, and update daily complaint reports and co-ordinate project meetings related to it and review on a regular basis (weekly, bi-weekly & monthly)

- Experience in a production planning role or similar ideally in an FMCG/food production setting
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent problem solver and solution-focused
- Excellent IT skills, especially excel
- Well-organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a flexible approach
