You will manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities through strong internal and external networks.While the role requires regular client travel within Lincolnshire and Peterborough, you may be based at home or from regional office locations depending on your preference.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of high-value and complex client relationshipsDeliver personalised, technically robust financial planning solutionsAnticipate and respond to client needs, ensuring expectations are exceededIdentify and generate new business opportunities across service linesDrive profitable growth through client retention and business developmentPrepare detailed fact finds, reports, presentations, and technical documentation with support from an experienced client services teamMaintain full compliance with regulatory standards and Consumer DutyKeep up to date with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Essential Qualifications:Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) or close toCompetent Adviser Status (CAS)Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)Strong evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)Experience & Skills:Proven success in a similar financial planning roleStrong track record in managing and developing new and existing clientsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term, trusted relationshipsCommercially astute, confident in discussing and agreeing feesHighly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and excellent documentation standardsAbility to solve problems, develop solutions, and operate confidently under pressureWhat’s on OfferSalary up to £75,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidatesTransparent development pathways, with promotion opportunities twice yearly25 days’ holiday plus 3 additional days over ChristmasHybrid working and a flexible, supportive culturePrivate Medical InsuranceComprehensive wellbeing offering, including digital health tools and employee assistance supportProfessional subscriptions fundedInclusive, diverse working environment that values personal and professional growthIf you're a dedicated Chartered Financial Planner looking for a role with genuine autonomy, high-quality clients, and progressive career potential, we’d love to hear from you.
