About the role:
This is an all-encompassing role which will offer a great deal of variety and opportunity to use your skills and experience. You’ll work alongside the L&D Business Partner to build the capability of their line managers through learning needs analysis sessions,identifying key skills for succession planning and design and deliver learning events/workshops.

You’ll also work with their recruitment manager, engaging with schools, colleges and universities, and attending recruitment fairs, to promote our client as a great place to work.

You’ll be involved in organising and delivering their new starter forums to ensure that anyone joining them has the best start to their career with our client.

There will, of course, be the need to monitor attendance on workshops/training events and to ensure that any mandatory training is being completed, as well as providing data/MI for their Executive Leadership Team.

Following up on the effectiveness of any learning events is also really important to them, using the evaluation/feedback to inform future sessions.

About you:
They’re looking for someone who ideally has a level 3 qualification in learning and development. More importantly though is your experience - you should have worked in a similar role and be able to design and deliver learning events/workshops, using a blendedapproach whilst ensuring inclusion for all.

Experience of moodle and Adobe Captivate would be really useful too, so that you can create e-learning modules as part of that blended approach.

As someone who will be delivering learning events and identifying what it is that they need to deliver through discussions with managers and heads of departments, you will have good communication, influencing and presentation skills, and have a natural andengaging style.

They’re a team that works hard to get the job done and, at times, it can be challenging so you will need to be resilient, be able to work at pace and under pressure.
