**Help Shape a Cleaner, Greener Plymouth as an Environmental Assistant Team Leader**

As an **Environmental Assistant Team Leader**, you’ll:

- Lead and support our Ranger Teams, ensuring high standards of caretaking, grounds maintenance, and property clearances.
- Work hands-on when needed, showing flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Plan tasks, allocate work, and make sure deadlines are met.
- Uphold excellent site presentation and service standards.
- Support a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a key role in a respected, high-performing department that’s making a real difference across the city.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Experience using and maintaining grounds maintenance tools and machinery.
- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on-site.
- A focus on delivering great customer service and high-quality results.
