- We are currently looking for an **Events Head Waiter **to join our **Banqueting team** at Rosewood London. Our **Events Head Waiter **is entrusted with supporting the Events Floor Manager and supervisor in ensuring a great service delivery is provided consistently throughout all events at the hotel.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered in allocated event spaces according to Rosewood standards.
- Coordinating small upscale internal and social events to deliver heartfelt interactions with our guests.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by Events to be able to maximise sales.
- Effectively communicating tasks to agency and casual associates.

- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- A good understanding of how to supervise agency and casual associates.
- Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.
