**We are currently expanding our Meetings and Events Operations team at The **Londoner,** and** are currently **recruiting for a** Head Meetings and Event Waiter/Waitress.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner our 5 Star Luxury Hotel as a Meetings and Head Events Waiter / Head Event Waitress.
- As a Meetings and Events Head Waiter/ Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the meeting and events service alongside the Event Managers.
- As a Meetings and Events Head Waiter/Waitress your role will involve training and development of the waiters/ waitresses, pre and post service briefings.
- Under the guidance of the meetings and events operations event management team ensure a high level of attention to detail and service is delivered at all times.

**About You**:

- Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations as a Head Waiter/Waitress ideally within a events environment or busy quality driven restaurant.
- Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
