Make your mark as a Crewing Officer with Gardline
We are currently looking to recruit a Crewing Officer to join our established team. This position is a 6 month fixed term contract role to cover the remainder of maternity leave. The role is pivotal in supporting and providing a proactive and comprehensive service to effectively support the needs of the Crewing Department within Gardline Ltd.

Your responsibilities as a Crewing Officer: *
- Plan/arrange crew allocation to survey vessels whilst scheduling crew training needs with operational commitments
- You will be required to handle crew queries and provide operational support to the Crewing Manager, Vessel Project Department and Travel Department as and when required.
- You will also be required to request PPE, maintain records and spreadsheets of staff utilisation and provide administrative support services to both onshore and offshore employees.

Qualifications*
Your qualities and experience**
You can move ahead as a Crewing Officer if you have:

- Previous Administration experience including excellent organisational skills
- A professional and helpful telephone manner is essential
- High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- specific knowledge or Microsoft Excel formulas would be advantageous
- A good command of written and spoken English.
