Role Overview:
The Branch Manager will maintain the highest standards, developing talent and maximising LKQ Euro Car Parts profits at every opportunity. This will include visiting trade customers on a regular basis, whether they are local or national accounts, aiming towin new business and cementing relationships with existing trade customers. The role will drive the branch to achieve a balanced performance along with delivering exceptional core standards. Responsible for ensuring colleagues are engaged and have the necessarytools and resources to deliver great customer service the role will report to the Regional Manager. Part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts Group management team the Branch Manager will create, develop, and drive high branch performance and operational standards whichlink to the organisation’s strategy and plan, ultimately ensuring the customer promise is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

¦ Fully responsible for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch. This includes line management responsibility for the branch team

¦ Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives

¦ Ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with the branch standards to maintain a balanced performance

¦ Delivering a minimum green balanced scorecard delivering the six company pillars on the road to success.

¦ Leading, coaching and developing teams to create the skills and capabilities needed both now and in the future.

¦ Acting as a key member of the LKQ Euro Car Parts management team by actively demonstrating the standards, behaviours and values to drive the 1 LKQ Europe programme.

¦ Promote a customer focused mindset within the branch to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do

¦ Ensure branch retail standards are best in class to establish customer experience excellence

¦ Take full ownership of the branch P&L performance

¦ Achieve the required payroll, head count, distribution and controllable contribution targets as agreed with the senior management team

¦ Managing clear and consistent pricing terms and rebates to maintain a fair and healthy profit margin

¦ Ensuring the branch is set up for growth through best-in-class retail stores to outstanding call management driven by efficient call lists

¦ Manage the branch in growing unique spending customers, increase both wallet and market share

Working an average of 50.33 hours per week, between the hours of 0800 - 1800 Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays 0800 - 1600
