What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and directing a successful sales team
• Driving business growth through generating and winning property listings
• Leading by example in property sales and client engagement
• Motivating and influencing the team to achieve sales targets
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently delivered
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Overseeing daily branch operations and performance
• Representing the company professionally in the local market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential estate agent with a strong sales record
• Proven track record managing and leading successful sales teams
• Excellent listing and business-winning skills
• Influential, motivational, and energetic leader
• Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
• Ambitious, well-presented, and self-motivated
• Good local knowledge of the Woking area is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
