**We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work in a fast -paced role. This would suit someone who has a solid foundation at an advisory/administration level, who would like to learn and develop their HR experience within a manufacturing sector, focusing on a reputable modern food brand. Experience as an HR Advisor for a large employer is a must.**

**Duties**

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management in various HR-related areas. Your main duties will include:

- Assisting with the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies
- Conducting research and providing recommendations on HR best practices
- Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Providing guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assisting with training and development initiatives
- Assisting with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned

**Skills**

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience working with SAP would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping

**Other Special**

**Requirements**:

- Up to £35k salary
- Temporary to permanent
- Mon - Fri only
- Blended working - a minimum of 3 day's in the office (flexibility required)
- 37.50 hours per week between 8.30am to 5pm
- Exposure to strategic HR, i.e. focus groups, company restructures, reviews, redundance, talent management etc.
- The skies the limit if you want to gain more experience and develop and hone your HR skills and ability.
