We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our customer service team at our Head Office in Basingstoke.
**The role**:
As Customer Service Administrator, you will manage customer accounts to deliver an excellent service level.
**Key duties**:
- Call handling and direct contact with the Customer
- Entering orders and managing order fulfilment
- Communicate with customers on status of their orders and back orders.
- Chase missing lines on orders and liaise with operations team for an update.
- Support price and invoice queries from customers and sales teams
- Raise credits for customers.
- Maintain an issue log and work to resolve outstanding items.
What are we looking for?
Essential skills
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Negotiation skills
- Tenacity
- Demonstrable customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
