**What we’re looking for**:
We are looking for someone who can efficiently underwrite, manage, and pipeline new business enquiries whilst developing excellent broker relationships. You will have **significant previous commercial property and casualty underwriting experience,** ideally in the new business arena. We want someone with excellent communication skills who can deliver a high-quality service to our brokers and build strong external relationships along with key internal stakeholders

**Who you will be working with**:
You will be part of a cross classed, multi-skilled national team, working closely with our sales distribution panel & key stakeholders, to deliver new business targets individually & as part of the team

**What you'll be doing**:

- You will win and retain profitable business from brokers serviced by your region.
- You will improve your underwriting and trading skills.
- You will deliver high quality service to your regions’ brokers. This includes delivery of new & existing business financial plan (including rate carry and retention).
- You will be responsible for a preparation and delivery of allocated new business & renewals.
- You will be delivering quality broker service in line with broker segmentation service levels.
- You will also develop effective working relationships to support in delivery of objectives and understand their broker panel.
**What we’ll give you**
