Sales Support Executive - Hove - Salary up to £25,000 + Commission

A Sales Support Executive is required for our client based in Brighton & Hove to join their busy growing team. The role includes targeting key businesses and engaging with high level decision makers to gain the interest of the company product.

This role will be based in the office 5 day per week.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide excellent and consistent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors.
- Work to high volume call and duration targets.
- Develop long lasting relationships with prospects.
- Answer inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leads
- Build and maintain the company's contact management database/CRM platform according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.
- Co-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors.
- Manage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales Pipeline.
- Work with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaigns.
- Effective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved.
- Work with the Regional Sales Directors to identify target prospects.

Key Skills:

- Previous outbound business to business telesales experience is essential and in a customer services environment.
- Experience of using a CRM system and IT literate.
- Ability to demonstrate telephone sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with high level decision makers.
- Sales experience within the financial or professional services would be advantageous but not essential.
