**Customer Communications Manager**

**Salary - up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

**Full time role. Hybrid working model.**

**What will your role look like?**

As the Customer Communications Manager at Welcome Break, you will be part of the wider Commercial team, and part of the Marketing and Customer team, involved with understanding our customer feedback and provide meaningful insight and analysis of our customerbehaviour.

You would promote the Welcome Break brand through PR and leading both our community and charity agendas. You will ultimately ensure Welcome Break delivers the very best service to our customers.

You will be responsible for:

- PR and Communications - You will be expected to deliver proactive PR and respond to media enquiries. Working with both internal stakeholders and external agencies. You will be the lead on our social media monitoring.
- Charity - Develop and manage our Children In Need partnership, working closely with the charity and engaging our team members with fundraising.
- Community - Driving various initiatives in our local communities
- Customer Service - Leading our Central Customer Service function and directly manage our Customer Service Advisor. You will be expected to lead on community engagement and respond to inquiries concerning environmental issues, community responsibility andcharity agenda

**About you**

Ideally you will have relevant experience within a marketing, PR or communications role. Line manager experience and customer service experience is preferable.

If this experience is from a similar customer experiential business within leisure, tourism, retail or hospitality this would be advantageous but not exclusively required for success in this role.
