**Customer Insight and Research Analyst** **Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, MK16 9EZ** **Salary - up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)** **Full time role. Life at Welcome Break is fast paced and energetic, we work alongside major UK Brands (Starbucks, KFC, Subway and many more) over a nationwide network of sites. **What will your role look like?** As the Customer Insight and Research Analyst at Welcome Break, you will be part of the wider Commercial team, and part of the Marketing and Customer team, involved with understanding our customer feedback and provide meaningful insight and analysis of ourcustomer behaviour. You would promote the Welcome Break business through market and customer insights to better understand our audiences. As well as supporting campaign activity and manage the CRM database. You will be the champion for data, analytics and insights across the business. **Your responsibilities will include:** For Market and Customer Insights... Develop and communicate key customer insights to support business decisions Develop an understanding of the customer base and how the behaviour of customers vary across regions and sites Work with the wider commercial team to identify potential business development opportunities Work with Customer Feedback agency to optimise customer surveys and reporting Develop and maintain customer dashboards to report on key business KPIs, identifying any trends or behaviours to provide recommendations Create monthly reports for the senior team For the CRM Database... Develop and optimise CRM strategies including segmentation, audience profiling and customer journeys Work with Data Protection Office and CRM agency for data hygiene and GDPR compliance Work with Marketing Team to maximise customer engagement and communication through the CRM database Be the day-to-day contact for our CRM agency **About you** Ideally you will have relevant experience within a marketing, PR or communications role. Customer service experience is preferable.
