**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**

Co-ordinate resources to progress service orders to a satisfactory conclusion
- Progress service orders from call logging to completion to ensure that technicians diaries are up to date and depot repairs are with the relevant PO
- Proactive feedback to the customer in regards to service order status, including spare part delivery so that they are aware of any progress/ changes
- Proactively book in and schedule planned service orders to ensure that they are completed within the month that they are due (as specified by the customer at the contract activation stage)
- Maintain service management systems as appropriate ensuring that orders are in the correct status, notes are up to date
- to ensure that a team spirit is observed
- Any other reasonable request identified by the Team Leader to meet the changing needs of the business

**What You Need to Succeed**
- 5 A-C GCSE's or equivalent
- Solid experience in customer service within a customer facing environment
- Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
