Service Coordinator Role The Service Team is looking for a new member to join the Team As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of service orders. Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and queries, providing estimates and lead times for site visits, depot orders, and parts to ensure high customer service standards. Service Order Management: Oversee service orders from initial call logging to completion, keeping technicians' diaries up to date and ensuring depot repairs have the relevant purchase orders. Customer Feedback: Proactively update customers on service order statuses and spare part deliveries, keeping them informed of any changes or progress. Scheduling: Book and schedule planned service orders to ensure timely completion within the specified month as per contract activation details. System Maintenance: Maintain service management systems, ensuring orders are in the correct status and notes are current. Team Collaboration: Support other departments to foster a team spirit within the company. Qualifications Strong communication skills—both verbal and written. Proactive and works well on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail. Competent with MS Outlook and MS Excel. Outstanding Customer Service.
