**Children's Support Worker**

Limitless Care Group is seeking to appoint a number of outstanding night children's support workers to support our growing family of supported individuals who have additional needs or disability statements.

You must have a driver's licence and access to your own vehicle and or are able to get to and from Ribchester, Gallows Lane by other means.

In-house training and external specialist training is provided, but previous training around medication administration, moving and handling, challenging behaviour etc is advantageous.

**Job classification;**
- Working with other staff members and sometimes on your own to help support people in their own communities and at our respite homes. You should enjoy helping people and want to make a positive difference to people's lives as well as having good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Experience in the care industry is preferable but not essential as full induction/training will be given to those new to the care sector

Immediate interviews are available and quick starts following relevant referencing and safeguarding checks.

In addition to the hourly rate paid, staff supporting overnight are also paid a set sleep fee per shift. Wake and watch shifts are paid at the normal hourly rate.
- PPE is provided at the homes.
- 45p Per Mile can be claimed when taking service users out into the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part Time, Permanent

Employees can pick up extra shifts when and as they want, you can achieve full time hours of 40 hours per week easily on a part time contract, we have part time and full time positions open.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour depending on experience.
