**IT Business Solutions Manager - Travel industry**

**Remote working with 1 day a month in London office**

This is an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic client at a very exciting time. Reporting to the Head of IT, your role is key to advancing the technology infrastructure, especially in terms of driving in house efficiencies and digitalisation using cloudtechnologies, all the while continually adding value through implementing best in class solutions. To do this you will manage the relationship with a portfolio of business partners, 3rd party suppliers and key internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are deliveredon target and on budget.

We are looking for someone who is able to offer relevant experience of defining clear Business Solution roadmaps with a goal of improving efficiencies across the business by digitising and streamlining processes within an eCommerce / B2B environment.

**Experience will include**:

- Previous experience working in an e-commerce / B2B environment
- Understand and be able to communicate crucial compliance rules that effect IT (GDPR, PCI, Cyber essentials)
- Cloud based systems and architecture
- An excellent understanding of MS Office 365 and its tools
- Good understanding of Azure, SharePoint and Power Apps desirable
- Microsoft Server including AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- IP & Network experience essential
- Management of documentation for network, systems and processes
- A practical approach to Agile and Waterfall Project Management best practices
- Have knowledge of and have worked with CRM platforms
- Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of scripting, basic SQL Server knowledge plus a good understanding of MS Power Apps principles

As you will work closely with the company’s suppliers, they naturally need someone to be an effective and commercially aware team player and to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strategic thinker with excellent planning and organisationskills who is able to independently with a level of autonomy.
