The Role The AV Solutions Engineer will work as a member of the Global Technology Services (GTS) team for our client, reporting to the Senior Manager of Collaboration out of the London office. Responsibilities Project schedules, risk management and communicating goals to project stakeholders. Coordinate with teams across the globe to ensure project delivery, budget, and installation management. Upgrade firmware, coding and maintain industry standards on all equipment. Coordinate with partners to schedule technicians, programmers, and engineers for deployment. Assist with project handover, managing pending project lists, project reports, and programming bugs/issues. Work with construction teams, vendors, consultants and field teams to deliver our global design. Provide documentation including change requests, expenditure requests, timelines, milestone notifications and project handover. Troubleshoot urgent escalations, software issues and other related issues pertaining to completed projects. Manage task, finance, personnel and partners to successfully deliver project objectives. Key Requirements 3+ years’ experience in AV system design, room integration & project management. Advanced understanding of AV system functionality, integration, programming and techniques. Proficiency with Office365, project management software and CAD. Extensive knowledge of video networks, video over IP, switching, DSP’s, audio distribution and control processors. Creative problem‑solving, logical deployment skills, agility under pressure, and organizational abilities. Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including engineering and architectural design, timelines, acoustical reports, and construction documents. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
