**My client**is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, sustainable energy.

They are seeking a Senior Sales Broker to work in their offices in Mauritius. Flights and accommodation provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and develop a pipeline of potential customers through various sales and marketing techniques.
- Conduct consultations with homeowners and businesses to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits, savings, and environmental impact of switching to solar energy.
- Close sales and guide customers through the installation process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, incentives, and competitive products.
- Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Alternative Investment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
