We are a small friendly and dedicated team within the Princess Anne Hospital ensuring that our patients are the main priority at all times.

The working hours are full time 37.5 hours. All staff will be required to cover all shifts on a rota basis of 8am - 4pm,9am to 5pm and 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Your Responsibilities

What you’ll do

This role requires a dedicated and motivated Deputy team leader to join our specialist admin team and lead the team forward with our ongoing service developments. You will be expected to undertake a wide range of roles and responsibilities.

You will be responsible for leading an administration team following all the relevant policies and procedures at all times. You will be accountable for all administrative services, ensuring local and national targets are met and highlighting and managing capacity issues as they arise.

You should enjoy working with and meeting new people as you will be part of a varied multidisciplinary team and will have some direct patient contact.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic individual with a mature, responsible and flexible outlook to join our busy and challenging department. You must have a caring and courteous manner with a thorough understanding of good customer service. The role is varied and busy and you will need to have a flexible approach to a demanding workload with changing priorities. Experience in our services is an advantage; however, versatility, initiative and attention to detail are essential.
