The Mulberry Bush are looking for the ultimate Deputy Room Leader who can help support the running of our 2-3 room alongside our wonderful Room Leader. If you are looking for that opportunity to gain experience of leading a group of passionate and creative staff and guide our cute and curious children.

**What The Mulberry Bush provides for you-**
- Salary of between £21,320-£25,272
- 6.5 weeks (33 days) Annual Leave as standard
- An Additional day of Annual Leave at 3, 4, and 5 years of service
- Five days of Annual Leave given on your 5th year of service to use as and when in addition to the above
- Additional pay for Long Term service recognition at 3 and 5 years of working with the company
- Additional Pay Increase for those with Level 4,5 or 6 qualifications
- Additional Pay Increase for those with 5 years or 10 years’ experience within the childcare sector
- Between 50% and 100% childcare discount
- Your Birthday off (given as an extra day of annual leave)
- £100 voucher for you on your birthday
- £100 voucher for you at Christmas
- Refer a friend scheme, receive £250 for successful hire and completion of probation period and another £250 at the six month mark.

**Salary**: £21,320-£25,272
- The Mulberry Bush is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are required to share this commitment. Successful applicants will also be required to have an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references._
