**Hours**:07:30-17:30 Monday to Friday with Overtime Opportunity on Saturdays

**Overview**

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Warehouse Operatives in the daily operation. The role will focus on driving operational excellence amongst the team and working directly with our Logistics Director to achieve business targets. This role is ideal for someone with Supervisor experience seeking a pathway to progression.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise Operatives Picking and Packing orders for dispatch.
- Supervise the Goods In Process
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
- Assisting Logistics Director with team management and reporting
- Make recommendations and execute tasks to improve efficiency and add value
- Ensure to adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations at all times

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A fork lift truck licence and/or licence to drive assisted lift equipment is desirable
