**Location: Preston Docks | office based | Hours: Mon-Fri (no weekends) 37.5 hours**
**Salary: up to £24,000 per year DOE |£35,000 OTE**

**The role of Sales Negotiator will**:
- Manage a portfolio of “on the market” businesses.
- Oversee all stages of the process.
- Follow up initial enquiries in a personal and positive manner and arrange viewings.
- Successfully handle negotiations between the vendor and interested parties.
- Diligently follow up on the process to achieve completion of the sale.
**What will you need to succeed as a Sales Negotiator?**
**If you can bring the right attitude and approach to the environment no specific experience is required, all training will be provided and a work place mentor available to support.**
**About you**
- You’ll be a friendly team player, with plenty of energy and confidence.
- Looking to start a career in a busy brokerage firm and driven to succeed.
- Solid experienced in customer or client services.
- Be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Word, Outlook.
- Proactive and happy to work independently or collaborate for the success of the overall team.
- Self-motivated and must be flexible, able to meet deadlines with targets and KPI’s.
- The ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be detail driven, following a set process to get the job done.
