**The Role**:
This role is crucial to the effective running of our warehouse and focuses primarily on goods-in processing and stock rotation. You'll be responsible for accurately receiving, checking, and storing inbound deliveries, ensuring stock is handled with care and correctly organised to maintain freshness and availability for our picking teams. You may be required to work in cold environments, all relevant PPE will be issued.

Working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Accountabilities: - Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders. - Report and record any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. - Ensure accurate and timely put-away of stock into the correct locations. - Follow stock rotation procedures (FIFO) to maintain product quality and compliance. - Support with regular stock checks and cycle counts. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety in the warehouse - Compliance with all food safety procedures and record keeping i.e. temperature control and hygiene standards for all areas. - Operate manual handling equipment safely and in accordance with training. - Assist with general warehouse duties as required by the management team. - Making sure that all stock replenishment and inter-depot transfer preparation is completed before the dayshift ends. - Ensure accurate recording of stock movements within the warehouse management system. - Assist with the conformance to the STS food safety standards. - Ensure the external area of the depot is kept clean, organised, and free of invasive vegetation.

**Qualifications Needed**:
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
