Admin Coordinator

**Job Description**:
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to join our local client in the heart of West Bromwich.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining databases using Excel
- Ensure that operations and administration activities are integrated
- Liaise with accountants to prepare annual records to ensure that accounts are accurate
- Receiving telephone calls
- Updating company website
- Update social media
- Data collection and input of questionnaires
- Ordering of stationery and equipment
- Confident with Microsoft packages including Excel formulas
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone and customer facing manner
- Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
- Experience of monitoring databases
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm
Must be able to be flexible with hours
May require working occasional Saturday's
Pay rate is £10.50 per hour
