**Manufacturing Operative**
Blackboxav is a small but dynamic and successful Audiovisual interpretation company serving the museum and heritage market worldwide. We are based in our longstanding purpose-built premises on the Baglan Energy Park in Port Talbot. This role requires an enthusiastic and capable individual with good basic hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity. The ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Basic stock control is important to the role and an ability to solder would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Operate machine tools and other equipment to produce finished goods.
- Work in a team environment as part of a team of production workers.
- Maintain production equipment and work areas.
- Work in a clean, safe, and efficient way.
- Follow procedures and work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be Enthusiastic and have a proven driven attitude with a strong work ethic
- Driving Licence and own vehicle is desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,450.00 per year
