In this Project Coordinator position, you will be joining the UK team of a global manufacturing company that specialises in producing a portfolio of products and solutions that power daily life. Specifically working with the Heating & Ventilation subsidiary, where they design and manufacture an extensive range of electric heating and ventilation solutions. As Europe and the UK transitions away from fossil fuels, they are empowering their customers with the know-how and the low-carbon technologies they need with an overall mission to be a leader in the transition to a more sustainable world. They are now looking to take on a bright and talented individual to work alongside the CEO and CPO in their Manchester office.
**Job description - Project Coordinator**
In this Project Coordinator position, you will be a direct point of contact for everyone from the most senior colleagues to external stakeholders across the business. You’ll listen to complex data and conversations and create accurate briefings, minutes and reports from what you learn. You’ll be responsible for providing a proactive, organised, and efficient executive support service which fully enables the CEO and CPO to achieve agreed business goals, working to tight deadlines when necessary. This role is fast-paced and full of opportunities to make an impact, involving a high level of planning, coordinating, and internal communication at all company levels. If you’ve got strong project skills, are numerate and proficient at analytics and presentations, and have the curiosity to drive business strategy, then this will be the ideal role for you.
**Key responsibilities - Project Coordinator**
- In this Project Coordinator in Manchester role, you will be:_
- Managing diaries and schedules of the CEO and CPO, ensuring they’re in the right place at the right time.
- Reviewing objectives and agendas for urgent meetings and consolidating agendas and presentations for the leadership team
- Planning and booking complex travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, currency etc
- Overseeing executive-level KPI’s, Metrics and reporting.
- Researching, analysing, and presenting information to allow for timely decision-making.
- Supporting with CEO-led priority projects and facilitating progress.
**Job requirements - Project Coordinator**
- For this Project Coordinator in Manchester role, you will need:_
- A degree from university
- Proficient use of MS Office suite, data analytic tools and the ability to produce communications and reports as required
- The ability to balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines
- An ability to communicate confidently at a high level both on behalf of the CEO and CPO across the business
- To be resilient, assertive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of diary management, organising and planning meetings, events
- Experience using social media platforms
- Photography and video production skills for social media
