The Role As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting both our Creative and Digital departments to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate resources, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and make sure every project stays on track. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic agency setting, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple projects with calm confidence. Support project management across creative, digital, and media campaigns Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across teams Communicate effectively with internal departments, freelancers, and external stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays Assist in briefing creative and digital teams with clarity and precision Track budgets, quotes, and supplier costs to ensure projects stay within scope Maintain organised project documentation and ensure smooth handovers Contribute to process improvements and help refine project workflows Experience: 2+ years working in an agency or advertising environment Organised: Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping projects on schedule Composed: Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines Collaborative: Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Multitasker: Comfortable coordinating projects across both creative and digital disciplines Tech-savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) and Google Workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr
